Comfortable stay, but our room was tired and needed some improvements,
Location of hotel for us to get around the city. The reception and lounge was clean. Staff approachable. Beds were very comfy and the room was clean.
Not enough tea and coffee provided. The room was tired looking with lights missing outside the bathroom. It was very dark. The full length mirror was taped up at the bottom, and a plug socket with no plug in, which sparked in between the kettle and light. Which was totally unsafe. Staff helpful but not very knowledgeable about local tourist attractions.

Great location and friendly staff. Good breakfast
I did not get extra pillows as I requested although I had received email from the hotel tjat I would have. The wifi was always on and off. The lights were also alwsys on and off
